Each category is a binary code (i.e. 1 or 0) to indicate whether the respective reason(s) are referred. For example, ReferralToKey of 2 means clients' are referred due to Employment reasons as there is 1 against Employment category. ReferralToKey of 6 means clients' are referred due to Employment and Caring reasons as there is a 1 against Employment and Caring category.

The ReferralToKey is joined to REFERRALTOEXTERNALKEY or REFERRALTOINTERNALKEY in the FCaS_Attendance Table. When joined to REFERRALTOEXTERNALKEY, the categories are the reasons clients' are referred to other services externally. When joined to REFERRALTOINTERNALKEY, the categories are the reasons clients' are referred to other services internally.

The summary total of primary reasons clients' seek assistance is therefore:  AGE, MATERIAL, FAMILY, MONEY, PHYSICAL, COMMUNITY, MENTAL, PERSONAL, HOUSING, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, EDUCEMPL where it equals = 1.
