Comments
Service providers may be funded directly by an Australian commonwealth, state or local government entity or receive the funding from a lead organisation as part of a sub-contracting or consortia arrangement. In many cases, the service provider will be the same organisation as the one that received the funding. It is only in situations that the funded or 'lead' organisation is a different entity from the organisation that is delivering the services that this relationship becomes relevant.
