The date on which a key decision making process was undertaken to support the objective appraisal of the likelihood that a family will ill-treat their child/young person in the next 12 to 18 months.

Description

A BigQuery datetime value element that is automatically combined with a time of day of midnight based on a 24-hour clock, using local server time - time zone information using UTC offsets is not stored. If no time is specified, the time portion defaults to 00:00:00. If no day or month is specified, the values default to 01.
