ICT & Architecture	Provides digital and technology solutions for NSWTA staff. Supports PSN and ESO operations during emergencies. Architecture team designs solutions, aligns system architecture with business objectives, and governs new technology evaluations. ICT Applications team ensures reliable PSN operations. Cloud and Infrastructure Services team delivers scalable IT infrastructure. ICT Operations team ensures smooth and secure technology services
Network Operations	Advise and guide the Network Partner managing the network at the NOCC Logistical and tactical deployment of mobile communications equipment and generators Asset management and spares management including dimensioning Operational readiness and acceptance of all new elements Governance and performance management of our vendors Project delivery and integration support to meet operational needs
